Terms of sale

1. Tickets

Each ticket admits one person to the event named on it. Tickets are general admission; there is no assigned seating.

2. Reservations

Tickets are held for 15 minutes while you complete payment. Unpaid reservations are released automatically.

3. Payment

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include any applicable fees. Payment is processed by Xendit.

4. Refunds and cancellations
